weird sound

I was picking up some food tonight and my truck, 88 f150 4x4 5speed started making a weird noise. It sounds like a clattering noise when im driving, and it will stop if i slow down or push the clutch in. If I rev the engine it doesn't make it better or worse. I hope its not the throw out bearing because I just replaced the clutch with a new kit about a year ago. The sound is coming from the tranny because it only happens if im moving not at idle or in neutral. any suggestions?

check the oil level in the trans. it uses atf if you need to add some

Sounds like trans to me.If it were clutch or throw out bearing,it would make noise when using the clutch or would not go away when in neutral.Good luck.
