I am asking this question for my boss. He has a 2004 f250 harley edtion 6.0. Did these trucks have a "wait to start" light? He says that if so it has never worked as he bought the truck new.

Nearly every diesel vehicle with glow plugs will have a wait to start light. On my 05, its located top center in between the tach and speedo. (Nevermind--this is for xlt, not harley davidson ed.)

From 2002 when Ford changed the cluster on the Super Duty, on up, it's a little pigtail that lights up
The 25mph hash on the speedo points right to on initial start up in the video below. This is the 2005 cluster and is only to show what the "pigtail" or WTS light looks like.
I will let him know that lol. but then again he is the boss/owner of the company and don't want to make him think I am makeing fun of him or that he is dumb lol.
