It has the cassette deck with the 6 disk CD player in the back, and its all stock. The problem I'm having is that the front left speaker is not working, and also their is a popping noise when you turn the truck off and on coming from the speakers. There is a gray box that the speaker wires go to coming from the back of the radio. I think this is where my problem is coming from. Has anyone had a problem like this before? Is that box an amp? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Something to do one day, when the speaker stops working put a DMM on it and watch for AC voltage. If it shows no AC voltage then there is no power going to them. If you have voltage to the plug, then it might be time to invest in new speakers.
All of the audio will come from AC voltage, RCAs are low volt, but speaker level shoud be in the 10-35vac range.
I have checked the speakers they are good. They are brand new Infinity speakers. Ill try to post pics. I'm pretty sure it is a amp. They sell amp bypass harnesses maybe I'll try one of those.
