NP-205 will work with minor modification to the tailhousing of the tranny, but build a mount for the t-case itself, they are heavy buggers and i have heard of them cracking tailhouses when not supported properly...there are a ton of upgrade options for this case, pretty easy to find, all gear drive so theres no chains to stretch
...so then the NP-203 should work as well...but its still a chain drive
and yes the BW 1356, i dont know about you but there have to 50 of the lil *******s at the local salvage yard here...
an not sure but i think the BW1345 might fit as well?
i am 250 miles south . i have checked the local yards, and they all told me the old stuff left when the scrap prices were up. so i had just decided to sell the parts.
I got my 44-07 out of a 96 F-250. And no the legth isn't the only difference. The 13-56 has a slip yoke and the 44-07 has a bolt flage much like the one on the rear end. So you need a slip drive shaft too, and legth may vary. http://i736.photobucket.com/albums/x...1260594158.jpg
13-56 is the small one and 44-07 is the big one.
Alxsnmr- Offering the TC was a truely noble and unselfish thing to do! That is what FTE is all about and that kind of attitude creates a great forum environment. Thumbs up!
