Any chance you still have a copy of thos Gibbon IFS instructions lying around? I have a copy of one for a different install and also a barely readable .pdf file but nothing specifically for my '53. I just pulled the I-beam out on Saturday and installed the front Gibbon crossmember but there are several pieces in the kit for which I'm going to have to mull over where exactly to place. I could send you some snow or possibly Alaska home-smoked sockeye salmon in trade.

I do have a copy. I will get a file made and send it. I also have my front end off if you want some pictures. Just let me know where and what angle.
I believe I have the issue figured out but the right instructions for my truck will definitely be helpful. The Gibbon kit I got had a motor mount kit in it. I posted pics of them in another thread. I'm not sure what motor they are for. I don't see any accomodations for shocks in the kit. My donor parts came from a 74 Dodge Coronet. All parts stores online catalogs list front shocks for a Coronet. I ordered a Dodge repair manual...hopefully that will help a bit as well. Thanks in advance for whatever you can take the time to send. Don
