What did you spray the bottom with? I need/want to spay the underside of my truck with something too. I really don't want to spend a fortune doing it though.

I used Herculiner. I rolled it on and got it of course from NAPA. 2 Quarts would easily do 3 coats. It can be sprayed on but it looks just as good rolled on and much cleaner.

You know a burnt metallic orange would be nice.

yeah, there are a few oranges that i thought would be sweet. Also tossed around the idea of having the frame powdercoated orange like my race cars are and then have the body be black with an orange flame/pinstripe going down the side like ive done in the past. But then again i also do like some metalic blues too. But we are a LONG ways away from chosing colors now. LOL maybe someday. . .

Hey All - Haven't been on much but as the weather gets colder and daylight gets shorter I will have less time out in the garage. The Truck is comming back apart and going by pieces to the Paint booth. Left rear fender is done and painted. You can see the placement of the Fuel Fill door. It looks good and the color is going to be an eye catcher. These are a couple of the photos. Box and Right fender should be done next Week. Then Cab and running boards go in! I am getting ready for a rest. Been working on it pretty hard to try and have the truck painted by the end of October then I can put it back to bed till April or May.

Front Fenders got Painted today! So Front Fenders, Running Boards, Left Rear Fender have paint. Cab, doors, Right Rear Fender, Hood, Box and Tailgate are left. Box and tailgate get color by the end of the week. Here are a couple of photos of the Front Fenders.
