bed rail

Hi all,
I recently purchased a 2006 Mark LT and have a small problem. When I was installing a new Truxedo cover I noticed that one of the bed rails was not attached in the back. I can't figure out what kind of hardware holds this in place. There is a short stud coming out of the rail that goes into the pocket but none of the associated hardware is there. How does it work?
Thanks,
Roy

theres a little bar that goes below into the pocket....i'd stick a magnet down there and see if you can catch it....
