96 E350 351W with 3.55 in gear ratio. It full passenger which have 4 bench seats.
I get 12-13 mpg in city and Highway if I drive slow at 65 mph I get 16.5 mpg.
I think your van would get 10 mpg in city and 14 mpg in highway because that van is worst due flat front end.
