Gentex Mirror Install

I bought a Gentex 50-GENK50A mirror to install in my 2008 F250. Anyone have any pointers for the install? How involved is it? It is the mirror with compass/temp and homelink. Where is the preferred place to place the temp probe?

I mounted mine behind the grill. I just found a spot out of the airflow and drill some holes.
