How many miles and what kind were they? Are your rotors in good shape? Are both pads on each side worn evenly? Any towing?

One of the calipers siezed. Chewed up the pads pretty bad. Other side wasn't bad. Also chewed rotor, rotor had hot spots. New pads and rotors, took apart the caliper and bead blasted it, re-greased the slides, and put it back together. I realized I had done 17k on it since I did them, so not bad I guess. Not even close to worn evenly. One side goes though, gotta do both. I was just annoyed before I actually got into the guts of it.

What pads are you using? Do you tow much weight?

Since wer'e discussing brakes

Is there a big brake kit for the X ?

I got some upgraded rotors & pads from Porterfield but I'd like to get some upgraded larger calipers too

Just found these from Stillen
