Front diff problems

Sooo... Im an idiot. Early last spring i decided to sell my 95 f150/I6/5 speed because it had 190k mi on it. Figured it was getting up there in mileage and wanted to get rid of it before stuff started falling apart. I really liked the truck, and had already replaced pretty much every normal wearable item on it. But like i said... im an idiot, and so i sold it. Enter my new truck. 95 f150 302 auto... nice truck, lifted, "only" 65k mi on it... Yeah. Well its taken me this long to figure out that it was a VERY hard 65k. My front end is shot. The ttb arm bushings are gone, and today i found out that my front diff is BONE DRY!!! when I bought the truck i tested the 4x4 and everything seemed fine, I saw no leaks, didnt notice any weird noises, and i bought the truck. Never used 4x4, didnt need it all summer long. Well now that winters come weve had 4 snowstorms where 4x4 helped me get home. I noticed a bad vibration, and i figured it was a ujoint going out due to the suspension lift. Figured id change it when i did my oil change. So today, changed the oil, and checked all the ujoints... theyre all tight... uh oh. Pull the plug on the front axle, which I can see has never been pulled before, and stick my finger in the hole... dry. I stick it further down... STILL dry!! Aw crap. go to the store, pick up some 80/90 and fill it up. Take it for a drive, and although better, now that im actually paying attention to the vibration, I can tell things are BAD. No telling how much longer this diff is going to last... Like I said, i know im an idiot. I should have changed the fluid when i bought the truck, I should have paid more attention to it in the test drive, theres more than one way that I screwed up here.

So long story short for everyone that didnt want to read that ^^^^^^^ My front diff has been run dry, and has some major damage on the inside. Still works, but there is a bad vibration/grinding/rubbing noise above about 45mph. I dont have the money to fix it, and have no foreseeable way of getting the money either....Sorry guys, just had to rant, this really sucks, and makes me miss my 190k mi old reliable truck even more.

END RANT
