I checked the batteries and wiring, and ground as per the
Justanswer link above bismic posted. Everything was fine.
But I found there torn up wires / hoses. When I moved them the engine reacted when running as you can see by the videos linked below.
What are these wires I'm holding do they need replaced and could they be keeping the motor from starting?
