PCV Valve Replacement

I need to replace my PCV valve, how tough of a job is it and how long will it take me?

I forgot to say it's a 2004 F-150 4x4 5.4L Lariat

I got 5.4 and did numerous research on pcv valve replacement, the end result is maintenance free pcv valve, some say it doesn't have one but it does, just doesn't need service
