Pulled my 2005 31RKT Cardinal for the first time with my 2009 F150 max trailer tow, 3.73 5.4L 6.5 ft. bed with integrated trailer brake controller.
All I can say is WOW!! My old truck was a 2004 F150 same setup except for 5.5 Ft. bed. What a difference! the 09 pulled better, more stable, and the integrated brake controller worked like a dream! On flat ground, I almost forgot the trailer was back there. It used to whip and sway a lot with old truck, but was very stable even at 65-70 MPH.
