first of all, i think people say "it's society's fault, or it's the parent's fault entirely too much." i think it's time people start taking responsibility for their own actions.

secondly, i know the cyclic rate on paintball guns is pretty good, but unless you are shooting an automatic angel, how can you pull the trigger 11 times per second...that seems a bit fast.

stock..no theres not many if any that could do 11 bps (***** per second) on a stock gun, but, think in an E-frame(makes it electronic-set it up so u can do full auto and get the gun's full potiontal whatever it may be), and if u use a response trigger, and a double trigger may help if u can do ti easier, and u can modify ur trigger spring..trigger mechanism..etc, theres lots of mods that can let u get that fast, most common the E-Bolt

I have always wondered what goes on at home with some of these little hell raisers we all see day to day. I can not accept that it is solely the child that just completely went astray from his/her parents good and noble guidance. Come on now, it sounds a little fishy to me.

I hear so many "experts" saying that if you hit your kid he/she will become the next charles manson. I do not think this is true. I do not think it is ever right to BEAT your kids, however a good spanking is not out of line. I know I got my fair share when it was warranted

You also see too many parents trying to be their kids best friend instead of being their father or mother. My parents and I got along great when I was growing up but I knew that they were in charge and made the descisions. They always knew where I was, who I was with and when I would be home. I think every parent should know those things.

And what about kids talking back to and yelling at their parnets in public? That was/is not acceptable in my family. I think parents today really need to be more proactive in raising their children. What about you?

groundrat ! couldn't agree with you more !

It sounds to me like these people playing with paintball guns still
don't have a clue as to what Vamps post was about!

Tell me what a paintball gun does for you, other than your need to act out, killing something. To me there just wasted time and money !
too each there own!

Just my opinion
stay in control!

i think the paintball arugument is totally out of line here. im not infavor of taking out fire arms and shootin at some little kid cause he broke christmas lights. accually im not in favor of shootin anyone. maybe a good few punches but never shootin anyone, maybe running out there and talking to him face to face, but nothing voilent.

paintball guns are only good for if you enoy getting shot with high velocity circular object that expolde a paint and leave massave bruises. not for me.

Video is the answer. Systems are cheap nowadays, and any parent would rather repair your damage than let a judge see her little Johny in action. If momma is stubborn, let the little tyke start his criminal record at an early age, so he'll not be a "first offender" twenty times over. I had a "kid" vandalize my tow truck and cars at age thirteen and prosecuted, and by the time he was eighteen I put him away for five years. I have no regrets about doing it either.

Kids have been doing this kind of stuff since time began. Be clever and catch them. Don't hurt them but teach them a lesson.

I did stupid stuff when I was a kid, and I am sure we all did stupid stuff while growing up. Viscous acts and violent behavior require different responses. Mischief and vandalism are indeed a problem, but they surely require more creative responses other than violence or vigilantism.

Vamp. Sorry to hear about this, try getting a big mean, well trained dog. I had one when I was your age. He saved an entire truck full of very expensive musical equipment in NYC, and saved my butt many a day. He kept the unwanted out of the house, and the trespassers out of the yard. I still miss that dog today and he passed on 20 years ago!

Go to the pound and make a round! Good luck, man.

I just got into paintball this summer, right before Shooting Sports nationals in Raton NM, *2 days before we left i got my setup*, and if uve never played paintball, ur missing out, it is ALOT of fun. Its similar to laser tag except theres less accuracy, and theres something at stake if u DO get hit, some pain, and its not really something to "waste" ur money on, why do u play w/ ur truck?...why do u tweek stuff...because its a hobby, and thats exactly what paintball is, besides a sport (yes on a national level)

i dont have the need to kill anything..or anyone, its a great hobby, that requires a TON of skill/strategy to be good, besides having a working gun...

on my gun, i had fully automatic, 3 shot bursts, and single shot. fully automatic means i could hold the trigger and it would shoot lots of *****! :7
