Hello all, well Penny and I made it thru Christmas and New Years, and yes she got the "ring" and the question for Christmas. When is still TBD!
And a set of Super Swampers TSL 44"s w/rims for her rig, and a alum intake w/ 4bbl and new Ford racing valve covers, and HEI dizzy for the 460.
Looks like I am taking a state side job, for a while will have to see how the money go's.
Trying to get Blue tuned up and stay on the other project trucks, and still getting parts for Penny's rig.
May hold of till the spring to start it, I will try to have a build thread, I promise.
It will be a 79 F250 4x4 frame, D60 front and rear. With 7" lift and those 44"s and the built 460 with a Class 2 race car tube chassis.
Still having a xfer case issue with the Silver 77, got a spare to swap just need the time.
Hope everyone had a safe Christmas and New Year, later all.
Oh my sister's truck, well looks like its only a carrier bearing. So she got our local "Mr Fixit" to change it out, he has all the tools and knowledge.
"Mr Fixit" is a race car mech/all around good guy, I just met him. So now I got a hand putting that locker in my front end, on ol Red.
Gotta love it when it go's our way once in a while.
