accessory questions
hey guys,
this is a little out of my normal forum(usually in the 50s, next gen, and Iowa) but I'm helping a friend 'trick out the truck' his words exactly. Running into a problem, and I'm not sure if they even make them for this truck.
Its a 2007 F150 Reg. Cab long box, and he wants wheel-wheel nerf bars for it, its dark blue, and he wants black powder coat to 'black it out'. I tried to talk him into stainless, but our parts suppliers don't carry wheel-wheel steps for that style. So either one would be great, I can talk him into bout anything. We order a lot of NASTA stuff but they don't carry it for the reg. cab long bed.
Also, how do you guys with leveling kits like them? What size wheel/tire combo? Which kit did you go with? I've heard of guys needing a 3" to fit 35s, but I don't normally lift vehicles so this is new to me(I like 'em low)
