Sloppy Steering
I have an 02 F-250 7.3 4X4 Super Crew 182000 miles my steering is just sloppy enough to be really annoying. Have had front end checked several times with no problems had allignment didn't help could this be weak leaf springs or what any and all help appreciated.

These trucks are known for steering issues. Figure you have the giant motor sitting on a bunch of factory parts for the past 182,000 miles.
Doing a master bushing kit from Energy Suspension will help alot. Along with checking your ball joints.

Red head steering box will solve 95% of your problems. Obviously, making sure bushings in your drag links, tie rods are good, and ball joints are good etc will make a difference.
