2002 explorer

hey. just bought a 02 explorer limited with V8. This truck is loaded to the max, more buttons then i know what to do with. (seriously i dont know what half of them do yet)

It has the buttons for keyless entry but i have no code....... where can I find code or reprogram new code?? i dont have an owners manual.

Is there and online owners man or service manual i can download or view via PDF for free??

open the rear hatch door. remove the plastic cover on the left rear fender well.. look forward a foot or two into the hole. see if there is a sticker on the fender well. you might need a light and mirror to read it. Thats what i found on our 2002.

Didn't the location on the 2002 move to the passenger side just behind the second-row door? You pull the weatherstripping loose, then pull the plastic trim panel away from the body of the vehicle just enough that you can see the module with a bright light. There will be a white sticker with the 5-digit code in black letters on the module. That 5-digit code is your keyless entry code.
