Do NOT use the capacitor with the Pertronix module!!!
If you use the large cap setup you will have to use a matching rotor...

1. the capicator was part of the old points setup.. the small `Can` looking like thing held in by 1 screm .it had a wire that connected to the points
2.run it from the ignition switch to the +..plus..side of the coil
3. no... If you are getting LESS THAN 11-12 volts from it. Thats what the New one is for.
IF you ever go back to points ignition it will be there waiteing to serve again
