Exclamation HHEEELLLPPPP

I have been trying to figure out why my fuel pump isn't getting any power.
I have replaced the pump, filter, relays and fuses.
Today I found that the fuse box inside the cab isn't getting power to some of the fuses including the main fuse.
Any ideas?
Thought maybe the ignition control module or switch because truck was running fine until I came out of taco bell, tried to start her and the fuel pump wouldn't kick on.

solinoid is the round thing on the passenger fender that hooks to the battery. there are some small wires comeing off where the battery cable hooks up. these are the fuseable links. basically a wire disigned to burn out just like a fuse

Does your radio work OK, if so the fuseable links are OK.
If the radio works more than likely you have a bad Ignition switch.
I take it fuse number 22 is one of the fuses not getting power.
