There is no Camper Special emblem listed for 1973.
There are only 3 emblems listed: One Camper Special emblem for 1974/79, and the two Super Camper Special emblems.

My books agree with Bill, so it's a question of part numbers being updated, and the 73-76 emblems being obsoleted and the 77-79 emblems are used as replacements for all 73-79.
