2wd body lift ?'s

How much do you intend to lift the truck?
Yes, it is true that the column to box interface is the problem when considering boady lifts for 2wd's. Since the column is directly mounted to the box via a coupler, and does not have an intermediate shaft like a 4wd does, making the connection os not eay to do.
This will require some sort of slip coupling, and the limited space will make this quite a chore.
2wd's are pretty simple to lift, and can be done without too much trouble, for not a bunch of money.
Since there are no driveshaft issues, the twin I beam suspension can accomodate som decent lift without repercusions.
Probably less work to lift the vehicle correctly, than try to get creative with these steering components.

No, or at least not to my knowledge. What springs can I use in the rear. The spring pack on the F-100 is really small. I would like to add a few leafs but could I just throw in springs from a larger truck.
