guys maybe you can help with some advice, my truck has been starting again under its own power but it will turn over and cut out after like 3 seconds? then after a while of cranking its starts to chug along, anyway, ive been to busy/lazy to get the anything tested, does this sound like an electrical problem? thanxx

starter? if it just stops and doesnt make any sound after it cuts out it means its lost power somewhere...so either batt/gound cables, or the starter itself

is the startred dragging at all? if not it might jsut be a loose and or corroded connection...

I'm not sure what you mean.
Are these problems with your engine running, or your starter trying to start the engine?
(If your starter is slow/requires a lot of power to turn, you ought to get a new one.)

At this point in time i highly dislike (read:hate) people that cut frames with torches to make the wrong exhaust fit.

I'm with u on that, like people who cut the top of the frame to make a 460 manifold clear, on example.. frames should only be cut to make them shorter.. So what did you find to bring this up?

Look for king pin ones, or if balljoints, ones without the unit bearings. So bassicaly 97 and older.

Wider driver side tube, and king pins = 78-79
King pins, short driver side tube = 86-91.5 ish
Ball joints, shor drive side tube = 92-97
Ball joints, unit bearings = 99+ and some of them are D50s depending on the truck and what not, not really sure what makes what - never looked into it because of the unit bearings..

85 is a King pin D60 too, Paul.

A 85-97 D60 should easily fit under your pickup, Tim.
