HELP!! no power
F 350 sd .1999, truck was running fine, went back out to go out and nothing no power at all lights nothing...battery is fine...if i jump the starter relay ..cranks but doesnt start, when i jump the starter cranks but doesnt start...wtf, im thinking ground somewhere or a shoort...anythoughts

Sounds like a fusible link has burnt out, or a mega fuse in the underhood fuse box. You should have a yellow wire or wires hooked to the large battery connection of the starter solenoid. These power the electrical system of the truck, except the starter. Make sure they are tight, and if their are fusible links in these wires, check them.
