Clutch not working

i have a 96 f150 4.9l with a 5spd. it hasn't been driven much letely but i went out to drive it today and it seemed fine at first. then when i got down the street i had it in nuetral and i pressed the clutch in to put it in gear and it would't go in gear. the clutch pedal was stuck down and i had to pull it back up. it kept sticking every time i did it. i would press the clutch all the way to the floor but it would not let me put it in gear. the clutch fluid is full. what is the problem?

Not sure about the small gas motors but when the slave in my '90 460 went it did the same thing, had a leak, and no you cant bleed them if they are like the system the big gas ones have, they are sealed, have to bench bleed them.
