The factory knows what they're doing. You can't get much out of an otherwise stock motor. Moreover, I have seen these stupid intake kits cause drivability issues and CE lights. Cold air intake kits are a waste of time.

i was using information from my own personal experience. with and intake, exhaust and a programmer i did get noticable gains out of my 05. with this combination you can get the air in and out more quickly with a proper tune and see/feel increases in hp and tq.
and i never said put an intake on and you will see 20 hp and 2/3 mpg increase. im not some little stupid kid that sees that advertised and believes it and then think i have to tell everyone else. i know better. dont put words in my mouth. i have never had an issue with drivability or check engine lights with the setup I used. i know how to properly tune my vehicle with the add-ons. what i had was an SCT excal2, volant intake, and flowmaster exhaust (not the best for performance but it sounds good).
