Nothing too exciting is going to happen this weekend... Going to finish up getting the front bumper mounted, change the oil pan(had dipstick issues with the 97 pan, going to an older one and a flexible dipstick setup,) start re-fabbing the exhaust system, and other such not so fun or exciting little stuff... LOL I will have pictures though.

Well, unfortunately, nothing very exciting is going to happen, the transmission in the DD died tonight, top cover came loose and it puked all the oil, input shaft is seized to the output, there goes the tire budget... Need to get the 6.9 pig ready to go back into service until I can get another trans for the Dodge... YAY

It's looking like I'm probably going to be picking up a 96 Dodge for it's NV4500... ugh... lol
Anyhow, here's a couple pictures of the little bit of noticeable progress that was made this weekend, I did some boring stuff like new spring and shackle bushings in the rear, put the heater back in, mounted up the DS battery tray, lots of little time consuming stuff.
The bumper now that it's pared down to size:
The engine again... No real change under there other than I finally installed the fancy plug wire holders I've had forever...
And, the new muffler, I re-hashed the existing exhaust back to this point just behind the cab. Once I start building the deck I'll complete it.\
And, just because I was bored, and to prove that it does actually run,
