Didn't make a whole lot of progress this weekend, got the winch bumper pared down to size and got the idea for the new bed in my head, going to be a basic flatdeck, nothing too fancy. Most of what I've had on order should show up tomorrow.
Biggest change has been having a guy make an offer on my 38.5's... I'd been kicking around going to 44's anyway, so, it just might happen now.

Yep, I have a couple of them kicking around... LOL
Currently I'm waiting on the parts for my anti wrap bar, zero rates, a new muffler so I can re-do the exhaust, again, Rope for both winches, a rebuild kit for my powr lock, I have a 16 spline one on hand, going to convert it to 35 spline for the front.
I need to order up some aluminum for the deck tomorrow.
Now that 44's are pretty much definitely in the plan, building my doubler is getting bumped off of the back burner, going to upgrade both driveshafts to go with that too, and I will re-gear when budjet allows.
Going to start with 35 spline outers, and go chromo when I can afford it, hopefully that is before I break anything... LOL
My freshening up the truck for the season is quickly spiraling out of control... LOL

I'm going to build the main flat part of the deck the same dimensions as the frame, then from the frame out will be separate, will have a bit of a fender, and be tapered back into the frame at the rear. It's alot easier to picture it in my head than it is to explain it... LOL
It's not going to be your big standard style flatbed, it's going to be a built for wheeling deal.
