I think that would be your best option, doing the Quigley conversion on your own.
I thought about doing that myself and found they're website. they have warranties as well.
I drive a 1999 E350 with a 7.3PSD. I have more traction with my van than my buddies with f250's on the launch ramps, because of the additional weight of the van body. You might not need the 4 wheel drive with a ten passenger van as long as the off road use is not real steep.

well I have been caught up enough to look around for these vans some on the net, though really this is an at-best later this year type project for me.
the bulk of the vans with the 7.3 are cargo models definitely. I have developed one question to help in the search ... was the 7.3 put in both a regular van body and extended length bodies? there aren't a lot of ads for these vans to start with, and if I knew they were only in the standard body that would simplify the search as most ads don't mention this fact. I've driven some extended length vans and they are not as safe as I would like.
aside from still trying to figure out the best way to search for these without turning up dozens of the cargo models, this dream project has hit several snags. for one I had to use all the money I anticipated having for this to post a Wage Bond with the WV State Government in case I don't pay wages. If I don't pay wages, I don't have a crew and I go out of business. Posting a Wage Bond certainly doesn't make it easier to pay the frickin wages.
But more to the point of this forum, I met a lucky owner of a Quigley conversion in a parking lot recently. He told me they will only do a conversion on a new vehicle or one with up to 10K miles.
He did tell me there is a dealer in New Jersey that specializes in these vans but I forget the name. Maybe next year I hope to track that down.
I have a 97 7.3 Diesel Van...or at least it was once an ambulance..it is a flat bed now..does that cound?. Trying hard to find an air intake for it...no luck yet..any ideas out there?

there aint enough room for a 6637 under there maybe a smaller filter element like a afe or something
Yeah..not much room for anything under there. It sure needs something because the air openings are very small. I am now looking into putting a filter outside on a fender similar to what some large truck do. It could look kind of weird but we will see what happens.
