I have a 2000 v10 Ex with 150,000 on the clock. My problem is that when you stand on it the truck acts like you retarded the timing and dropped a cylinder or two. Now here is what has been done in the last 2 months. New set of heads ( dew to plug blowout), all 10 new cop's, 10 new fuel injectors, fuel filter, new cam sensor, and new plugs autolight double platems . All this has made it run better but still hasn't cured the problem. I can't call it a loss cause at 150,000 it probable needed all this anyway but I was hoping to hit the nail on the head. The dealer said it needs to go in for diagnostic's to the tune of 170.00 for the first hour then 85.00 per ever hour after that and it will most likely take 3 to 4 hours to find the problem. For that amount i think i could replace the rest of the parts under the hood. I was wandering if anyone else has had this type of problem and if so what was the solution? Thanks for any help or advice.
I see one item you have not expanded upon.
Fuel pressure.
May I suggest you check the fuel pressure at idel and under load.
From what I'm reading your may have a fuel pressure problem.
Another area to consider is the mass air-flow sensor. Check and clean the connector on it.
Check the air filter and replace if needed.
Best of luck.

I would check your fuel pump output pressure at full throttle as well as volumetric output of the pump. sounds like its starving for fuel at high demand.. could also be a sensor problem somewhere.. hence garbage in=garbage out. any stored codes... sounds like you have done the ignition side good so that leaves the fuel and air parts to be suspect
