They are really busy and I have found they have a hard time gettin gback to everyone. If your in a bind for time give John Wood a call.

Another vote for John Woods. My Trans should be here tomorrow. He was very helpfull and easy to get a hold of. I am sure BTS is also, but if they are that buisy then John Woods is a great alternative.

Good luck with BTS. I called 3 times one week, talked to someone in the office twice, left one message and still no call back from Brian. I even emailed one or two times with no response. I had a few questions about my trans(the reason I wanted to talk with Brian) before I decided what to do and was most likely going to go to BTS for a rebuild.

Small shop, good people... keep trying. I had luck calling first thing in the morning their time. I've had my BTS for years, good stuff. Yall'd be able to see, but until I hop in here on 25 posts, I can't have a SIG

Keep trying man. It took me a few tries. 9am-10am is your best bet. Or right after lunch. They are super busy cuz they make the best tranny for these trucks!

Oh cali even farther from my house... is there any tranny shops like BTS and JW on the east side? If my tranny lasts another year I wouldn't mind just driving down taking a little vacation and getting my tranny swapped out instead of shipping back and fourth..

John Woods tranny
Mine should arrive today. It is the Towmaster level, reated at 375 hp. With delivery charges, tax and everything it came to $3,915.50. Of course I am in Cali so shipping is less for me. But they are worth a call.

Man you ain't kiddn. I figured if this place was good enough for my N. GA connection, I should give it a try. (Actually thought I was already a member, but... I wasn't (Can't even use the smileys :-( ) I'm going to pay Brian a visit while I'm at school next year. Just going to give him the keys and say, how can we make it faster! He's only like 100 miles or so from Ft. Lostinthewoods. Havin fun reading on an active form again. I remember one that you could post, get a cup of coffee, come back and couple three peeps would already have responded to! That's what I'm talkin about.
