? about air intrusion

If I have return lines that are leaking air, would parking the truck uphill make the problem worse? The other day I parked the truck uphill and shut it down for about an hour. When i tried starting it, it was alot like the first start of the day, when it has to reprime the system.

Best if you have leaks to point down hill then air can't get in the lines.

Front uphill increases the vertical distance between the fuel level in the tank and the top of the engine.
That increases the vacuum pressure on the return line.
