C4
I have just got a C4 automatic,and am wanting to get some information on it, if anyone can help me. There is a tag on the side of the tranny with the following: PEE CA1 B20C D5DGC . Is this the coding that identifies year, vehicle istalled in, etc. My brief look only found the tag... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the advice Nathan. I finally visited my local Ford dealership today and they were not able to tell me much except the tag off my C4 was definately a C4 tag. I called a local tranny shop also, and they couldnt tell me anything without actually seeing the tranny.... but I have no way of getting the tranny there. Can anyone else offer advice or resources that may help me out?

The transmission shop I called lead me to believe that there are different types of yokes used on C4's, that is the main thing I am looking for. What yoke do I need, or are they actually "universal"?
