1997 F150 4x4 with the 4.6L V8
Found this plug while I was changing out my spark plugs. My guess is that it is related to the EGR valve sensor since I've had a related code for a while, but I was hoping for an ID if anyone might know.
Located in the engine bay resting against the passenger side wheel well. Looks to be a black plug with orange clips, 3 wires entering, one appears to be an orange wire.

I'll take a look. 4x4 hasn't engaged in a while, but I was under the impression that it was a controller on the transfer case that handles the engagement (as per what the mechanic said when I first noticed it and asked them to look at it)
