Frame Specs. 78-79 Bronco
I need frame specs doing a frame off project and
the frame is ready to be painted but want to check
the frame at a shop but not even the frame shops can seem to help me on specs. to old........22years aint' ole....lol searching nite and day for 72hrs. minus sleeping.......tried

I have never heard of frame specks. Springs, axels, shocks, gears, yes but frame no.
Been around trucks since mid 60s.

Frame specs are the factory dimensions of the frame. Length, width and heigth of the different sections of the frame. I learned that when I worked in a body shop.
If your local Ford dealer can't help then start calling around to the body shops, there should be someone that works on "old" trucks and has the specs.
