Misfire

Misfire
This is a SD 250 5.4L I be feeling this small misfire on the past 3 weeks. Today it get worse. I change spark plug around 4 month ago with afthermarker ( autolite)It posible that sparkplugs are go off?
Also can i check if i got a coil bad by unplug when engine are running?

The easiest way to check is to get a scanner on it. Now if that still doesn't show any thing, as sometimes when the are kinda on the way out they don't show a code. Get a spray bottle with water and even put some vinegar in there and spray around the plugs/boots while the engine is running and then run the scanner again. This should show you which cylinder is the problem.
Did you replace the boots when you replaced the plugs? Usually cracked boots is what starts a lot of these issues. Also when replacing the boots you should use dielectric grease.
