Block Heater

Hello everyone! I have a 2003 F-350 7.3L. From the factory, did Ford put a block heater on with out a cord, or do I need to install the complete part (cord and element)? Thanks

i am looking at purchasing a 2004 with a block heater (as per the window sticker) and couldnt seem to find the plug either???????

i have an 04 as well. apparently they all came with the blockheater installed but when the car wasn't meant for one of the cold states the plug and cord installation was an extra option. I bought my cord on e-bay the other day for $20 dealers will charge and arm and a leg. New 6.0 & 6.4 Ford Powerstroke Diesel Block Heater Cord:eBay Motors (item 150396631112 end time Dec-17-09 03:10:31 PST)
