I have not though I have read threads recounting stories of those who have.
Try a seach of the 'engines' & 'performance' forums.
BTW, how do you like the Magnaflow? which model did you get? is it si/do or single pipe? is it load or just a hint of added rumble?

I would not recommend the pulley swap if you have a hi-powered sound system as a slower turning alt will leave you in need of current. I also would recommend against them if you tow regularly. Otherwise it's a great way to free up alittle extra power which is always a good thing.
You may also consider a dual 16" electric fan kit. they run about $250 and you could install it at the same time

I like the Maganflow. I just had the stock muffler cut out and the magnaflow put in still using the stock tail pipe. There is some interior resonance, but only on the drivers side. Its very mild on the passenger's side. Really gave it a nice sound and better mileage. About 1.5 mpg.
