I weighed mine on our truck scale at home and thought I had gained 300 pounds from when I did it at the same time last year. 7100 pounds even, with me in it, toolbox with about 80 pounds tools 1/2 tank fuel, reg. cab long box 4x4 235 tires stock wheels automatic.
i had 7440 at the scale when i pulled. i had my tool box, about 200#, me in the cab, and a full tank. oh and i had my goose neck hitch. i have 2000 xlt ex cab long bed 4x4 six speed. 285/75/16 mud terrain tires that had about 4000 mile on them. and just about everything thats in my sig, for what its worth. i thought that my truck was really light for what it is.
Prior to the deerslayer, mine weighed in at 7760 lbs with me and my two daughters in it with a full tank of fuel. 99.5 sc lb xlt, 285's with nothing in the bed.
The F-350s weigh in at 8600 and 8900, 1/4-1/2 tank, empty aux tank. Both CC, LB, DRW, 4x4 auto, cloth manual int. One gooseneck, one not. One has all steel belted tires, which easily weigh twice as much as typical light truck poly/nylon tires, thats about the difference.
Car used to weigh ~3600 lbs I guess, and the bike weighs 430 lbs. Simple things as cloth or leather and power seats make a bigger difference than you might think. Replacing the leather power seats in my car with manual cloth saved 94 lbs. Things such as which style front bumper mounts you have also effect weight, and nobody ever thinks to consider it. I have the open end style, BTW.
It tipped the scales at 7760lbs (4400lbs front, 3360lbs rear) the last time I weighed in at my local moving company (they do it for free if I don't need it certified) . Bone stock (CC, SB, 4x4, 265/76-16 tires), full tank, no pax and an empty bed (except for my fiberglass tonneau).
