OD and 4x4 lights blinking?????

OD and 4x4 lights blinking?????
98 F150 5.4 4x4 I can get be driving down the road and everything is fine. Then if I try to roll down my auto windows they wont go down, then all of a sudden they will work it might take 5 minutes or 5 hrs, the same goes for the windshield wipers. Then the weird stuff starts for no reason the 4x4 and 4x4 low light will come on and start blinking then my overdrive light will come on and start blinking. The 4x4 doesnt engage with the light and the overdrive stays in overdrive, just the lights blink. I have checked all fuses and thinking possible a relay, what do yall think, thank you.

The GEM module controls all the functions you see as issues.
Has the windshield leaked water onto this module?
If it needs to be replaced, you need the new one programmed the same as the old to be sure it addresses all the options the truck was built with.
Reason: the same module was used for different options and different vehichles.
For instance, trucks with and without dash control 4x4 etc.
