Sounds like it's turning over a little slow also.....but I don't start mine in that low of a temperature very often either - maybe some of you who do can verify.
I agree, it's cranking slow. Probably needs a couple batteries, or at least cleaning the cables.
That was also a very short WTS delay, if it's cold as you say. My WTS was longer than that this morning, and it was only 45°F at sea level. Are you sure you waited for the light to go out? If so, don't be afraid to give it a little more than the minimum.

I don't know why it is but when it is cold my WTS sometimes takes less time than when it is warm. And I did wait for the light to go out. And it WAS AS COLD AS I SAID IT WAS. Trust me. And on most mornings I cycle it twice or more.
The batteries are from May of this year, so I don't think that they could be the problem. the batteries that were in it when I got it were the originals. But I will check them in the morning.
And as for the oil, I couldn't get the oil plug off, it was too hard so I am going to take it to a shop tomorrow and have them do it.
5ish sec crank until it fires, 20ish sec until it smooths out a little- I don't think thats awful especially with 15-40. Get the new flash and change to 5-40 and let us know how it runs then. Crank did sound slow, but mine is in a non-heated garage (out of the wind anyway ) and it spins a little faster than that, new batts and alt. Seems yours is outside, engine will probably get a little more cold soak then mine, no?
It really didn't sound all that bad. I'm pretty sure mine would have missed about that much in only 20°F weather until I changed the oil. You owe it to yourself to do that before digging into injectors.
UPDATE: This morning it was about 12-14*F and it started with very minimal rattling unlike in the video, maybe 1 or 2 seconds, so it did work. Thank you for all your help
