Upgraded F250
So, New to the site and to Ford Trucks. Long time Dodge owner. Upon buying this F250 noticed that cruise control was prewired. Went to Junk yard and bought junk. New steering wheel, Speed servo, and cable..Cost 150.00. Plug and play. Man that was easy. So back to junk yard for pass. air bag new dash and pad switch.. Cost 95.00. Plug and play.
Not so easy. air bag code 25. Read lots of posts on this site. Still have the led replacement bulb. Very helpful!
Ended up to be needing programed. Took to dealer..Cost 110.00. Changed out headlights...Cost 80.00. Man this is a very helpful site! Now I am power windows away from having an XLT. If anyone wants pics i have a few but most were already posted by others. Also picked up shop CD for Ford..Cost 25.00. Search this site most of the help you need is here

Good job SDV10!! Gotta love easy swaps & upgrades!!! I'm looking for an '05+ tan leather steering column with radio controls on the wheel. If you come across such a setup, let me know, would ya? 'preciate it!!! and oh yeah...

Chrome bumper up front. Homemade with diamond plate out back and not a chrome grill yet but looking at the billet. Looked at the chrome outside door handles as well. Cheap too. But that comes with tailgate latch and i have no tailgate. Extra parts! Do you need the whole steering column(top and bottom) or just the wheel? Just missed a tan one last week out of an expedition.
