2000 Ford expedition factory alarm removal

I need help. I had to replace a completely dead battery today in my 01" expedition. I lost the foab a little while ago and was using the only key we got when we bought it from the previous owners. Now the alarm is going off and will not stop and the car will not start.

You need to be explicit about whatever you have done (or not done, whatever).
If it can't be started and none of the tips presented work, you will need to have it towed somewhere so it can be fixed, probably by having the alarm removed. Look for a shop that specializes in alarm and remote start systems.
