Transmission towing question
Hi, I have a 2000X that I recently had the transmission rebuilt and a bigger torque converter installed. I began towing my travel trailer across the country and now I have lost my overdrive. I am stuck in New Mexico and need to make it to CA. Can I make it? I am not low on fluid and it is not burning up. What could it be? Thanks so much. Bill

The overdrive light never blinked. I had the trans rebuilt about a month ago/almost 3000 miles. 1000 miles without towing, the last 2000 with towing. When I say lost the overdrive, I mean it started to slip and now I can't get my truck to start moving without turning off the overdrive button. Without turning off the button, the engine revs but will not begin to move forward.
