David you have to cut the header panel out a bit. The new light are thinker if you will than the other one in places is the easiest way to explain it.

Someone, I'm pretty sure it was bdrummond, had posted a couple of pictures just recently showing exactly what has to be trimmed.

I'd really like to do this mod, along with an '05 grille, and I have a couple of questions. Parts Guy Ed lists a "Cuautitlan plant" headlamp for $161.14 and a "Kentucky plant" headlamp for $172.96. Anybody know if there any differences besides country of origin?

Where are you guys getting your lights? The imports can be had off the 'bay for about $100/pair.
