Starter Problem after tranny change
I have an 88 full size bronco 5.0L that came from Ford with manual tranny. Somebody changed it to an automatic. I just changed it back to a 5 speed. I put a 5 speed zf tranny out of a 89 F250 in it. Also put a starter in for a manual tranny. The problem now is the key switch wont start it. can start it with a screw driver on the starter and shut it off with the key. Where did I go wrong? Im stumped.

When the c6 was put in there was no place to plug in the wireing. It was just hanging. with the zf tranny put back in the wireing was reattatched. The steering colum shifter is still in place and in park.Also the check engine light has come on. Where would I find the nutrel safty switch?
