good afternoon folks I have a problem im hoping someone can help me with I have a 1994 f-350 direct injection manual tranny I had to put a starter on the truck but im not sure if its the right starter, the starter was gone when I got the truck after the 2nd starter I think I may have blown my ecm because when I turned the key on she hummed and the went quite and I mean nothing no lights, no starter, nothing so im assuming the the puter is toast but my question is where in the devil is the ecm on thing

truck is it behind the e-brake *** please someone tell me before I set the hole truck afire

Is this a 94.5 powerstroke or 94 idi with a factory turbo

I think you'll find your problem somewhere with the battery cables, forget the computer for now.

so you don't have an ecm. and youre not direct injected.

88n94 took the words right out of my mouth...you have a loose cable most likely. check the grounds all over, and the connections at the battery.
