Opinions Needed!
Ok, so now that the metal work is done, I am looking at my paint options, I pretty much have an idea on the type of scalops I want but not sure on painting the top of the cab red or black, What are your thoughts?

she looks better with that black roof imo... The red roof looks kind of out of place or forced, like you had extra red paint and wanted to get your moneys worth!

Definetly black, the red roof does look forced.
Might consider a white or silver pin stripe between the red and black as well (no more than 1/4", 1/8" would probably be ideal) It would give it a more finished and high end look.

All black is better. The roof may look better white and the scallops turned into flames. I am not a fan of scallops. A real good flame job would do wonders...JMHO....

I dont know, Flames are over rated to me, tflames were my original plan but the more I look around, everyone seems to have flames so i was wanting to do something different and I like the more traditional looking hotrods, scalops were the thing in the early 60's and you dont them every day.
