I would say you are having FICM issues, not surprising as it's starting to get colder in alot of the areas(although you do have it in the garage, when it's out, it's still exposed if it's off parked somewhere). Those codes are cylinder circuit low codes(if I remember correctly), so you are either having injector issues, FICM issues or both. It could be as simple as just loose connections or it could be as severe as a FICM that's shot, but that's where I would start looking.

Not that I'm aware of, that's usually what I go by.

FICM readings???

Tested FICM through port as per thread. Starts at 36 v and just steadily drops from there to after a minute or 2 it reads 0 v. Somebody tell me the obvious? cause I want to be sure before I pull the FICM.

Your FICM is bad. There ya go. If you can solder, might be worth the hour before dropping the big bucks. Sounds kinda unlikey though with going to 0V.

Out of curiosity, what do your batteries read?

It's just a bad FICM it sounds like and not bad due to batteries or alternator(which is good, relatively speaking of course).

Spoke w/John at Swampsdiesel.com , He is quite certain that My FICM is bad due to the dropping volts that I had tested w/the multi-meter. Shipped him my old and ordered a new one from him. FYI Ford dealer wanted $665.00 plus old FICM. Then You would have to take truck (TOW) to the Ford dealer so that they could program the "new" FICM at a cost of who knows what? Swamps route is the best route for my situation, His is $350.00 and no program needed from dealer. PS I would have tried the solder myself but didn't dare to because of the 0 volt situation, figured better to leave to someone who knows. I will post when I get FICM back into the truck. Thanks to all who helped!
